We had a great time at the house. Everything was very clean and all new appliances, counters, etc. The location is very quiet and close to restaurants, Strand Theatre and the water. Josh was quick to respond for any questions. Would certainly stay again!

This home was perfect for my getaway with my grandchildren. Lots of room, including a very nice yard in a quiet neighborhood. The home is tastefully decorated with Adirondack themed pieces - including the dinnerware. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare meals right there, but with so many restaurants in walking distance - no need to cook. Josh is the perfect host. We will definitely return next year!

I loved our stay at Josh and Alyssa’s. It was spotless, comfy, had nice new amenities, and was a block away from town (but very quiet). Josh was also very responsive and friendly to any questions I had. Would definitely come back!

The home is updated with high end finishes, roomy and just spotless. It is a short walk to the main street where shopping and restaurants can be found. Great location if you are staying in Old Forge and we highly recommend it.

What is your reservation policy?

The minimum age requirement for booking is 21 . The entire reservation balance is due at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we do not offer any holds or deposits to secure your booking.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in after 3:00 PM. Checkout before 10:00 AM.

Do you allow pets?

As much as we love pets, we unfortunately do not allow any pets at the home whether for a little bit or to stay the entire reservation. We are very sorry about this & hope you understand!

What if I need to cancel?

We understand things happen, we offer a full 100% refund for any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. Additionally, you may cancel penalty-free anytime before 14 days prior to your arrival date. Thereafter, we will refund 50% (less processing fees) for any cancellation that occurs 7 days prior to your arrival dates.

Our listings are well-stocked with amenities such as toiletries, linens, and towels. Each unit also has a fully equipped kitchen, including all the essentials you need to prepare meals during your stay.
